Hi!  My name is Maria.  I am a 37 year old stay at home mom of four children, Kristin (12), Rebekah (10), Michael (8)  & Maeghan (4).  My husband, Adam and I have been married for 13 years.  We currently live in Frisco, TX.

 I enjoy working on the computer, scrapbooking, spending time with my kids and hanging out with friends.  I love country music and anything from Kenny Chesney & Enrique Iglesias (I’m also a closet Barry Manilow fan...he brings back LOTS of memories!). He’s coming to Dallas in November and we’ve already bought tickets!!! I belong to a co-ed adult soccer team.  We play once a week and I love it!! It’s a great workout and a great chance to learn more about this wonderful sport I have grown to enjoy.

School is back in full swing and we had a wonderful summer.  Our vacation was a lot of fun!  We traveled by van from here to upstate New York. We stopped in GA, NC, VA, DC, NY, KY and TN. We stayed with our internet friends both up and back and had a ball.  We got to visit Washington DC, New York City and Niagra Falls during our 2 week trip.  Now that summer is over, it’s back to the bump and grind of the kids and school.  I’m on the PTA board again in charge of Youth Protection, and am room mom to my daughters 4th grade class. I’m taking a break from soccer due to my hysterectomy in August and my tailbone injury 4 days before my surgery, but all four kids are back in soccer this season, so I’ll get my fix that way.  My wish for a cool summer came true, as this was one of the coolest and wettest summers in Dallas history.  Shawna and her family moved back here as well.  They live about 20 minutes away from us and I am so happy to be able to jump in the car again and visit her whenever I want.

I carry with me the sweet memory of a child that never will be, but one that I know will be waiting for us in heaven.
....if I had a single flower for every time I thought about you, I could walk forever in my garden......
